The hotel's attention to detail and excellent service truly made it stand out. the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. They were like old friends, always making me feel welcome and celebrated. Secondly, the breakfast provided was absolutely outstanding. The hosts took great care in monitoring my preferences and would fill my plate with delicious and varied options each day. And let's not forget the breathtaking views. My room had a terrace with a magnificent view of the volcano, making my stay even more memorable. the value for money, attention to detail, and location of this hotel were exceptional.

We were particularly impressed with the fresh and delicious breakfast on offer, which had a great selection of traditional Sicilian foods. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to the nearby attractions. the hotel had a beautiful view from the balcony which was breath-taking.

The narrow and steep stairs to the first floor, which could be difficult for those with weak legs. However, this was a minor inconvenience compared to the top-notch service and amenities provided by the hotel.

Our New Year's Eve celebration was a complete letdown. The hotel did not organize any special event and the town was dead.

Our cozy room was spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. There were plenty of options for restaurants just a short drive away, and we especially loved the recommended local bread.

We did hear some barking from neighboring dogs at night, but this is beyond the hotel's control.
